Job Summary
Africa Bunkering and Shipping based in New Germany are seeking to employ a junior Accounting Clerk. This is a full time position from Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm. The successful candidate will be subject to a 3 month probationary period. Salary is market related. The candidate must be available to start immediately. Role
Requirements:
Bookkeeping, general accounting and ad-hoc accounting functionResponsible for debtors and creditorsMonthly bank reconciliationsCreating and Maintaining spreadsheetsPerforming clerical work and inter-office support including receiving and processing mailInvoicing and reconciliation for varying departmentsMaintaining and promoting excellent vendor relationsMaintaining Financial Filing SystemVerifying claims and processing orders and deposit slipExperience with SAGE, Microsoft and Advanced Excel will be advantageous.
