Job Summary

As a Payments Product Developer within our team, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing cross-border collections through the innovative use of distributed ledger (Blockchain) and cloud-based (AWS) technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing APIs, potentially engaging in UI development (Angular), and contributing to maintaining and extending smart contracts and web3 integrations in later stages. We are seeking individuals with a strong product sense, execution skills, leadership qualities, technical proficiency, and blockchain knowledge. Adaptability to change is essential as we navigate evolving technological landscapes.

Key

Responsibilities:

Develop APIs and potentially contribute to UI development using Angular.
Contribute to maintaining and extending smart contracts and web3 integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and prioritize tasks.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
Ensure that IT products meet business objectives and user needs.
Drive the development and success of IT products within the organization.

Background and Experience Required:

6+ years of CIB Transactional Banking Experience.
6+ years of financial industry experience.
6+ years of Product Owner experience.
Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master`s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT product development.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools and software development methodologies.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and technology trends.
Agile or Scrum certification.
FX or digital asset knowledge.
Must-have financial services experience.
