Job Summary
My client is seeking a Business Operations Consultant with FICA experience to attend to day-to-day customer queries and to manage and update the product feature backlog and new enhancements and developments, ensuring business unit readiness to support customers. This is a 6-month contract. Grade 12 1-2 years experience in banking environment. 1-2 years experience in ticket management. Experience in FICA will be advantageous. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Presenting and communicating information. Problem solving skills. Project administration. Ticket management. Proactive and driven. Attending to assigned queries in a timeous manner. Meeting the set standards and adhere to the SLAs. Liaise with resolver teams to ensure resolution of customer queries. Adhere to company set customer standards. Adequately communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
