Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership Build and maintain collaborative partnerships and relationships with key clients and stakeholders Develop a strategic sales plan, and develop milestone plans, taking account of market and business intelligence by leveraging data and related analytics to drive insights. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Oversee the companys relationships with its most important clients. Build strong relationships with strategic customers. Identify new market opportunities and business development initiatives to expand the customer base and revenue streams. Implement and manage strategic sales initiatives and plans t Develop appropriate pricing for all services Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Provide comprehensive tracking of sales targets and forecasts, including a weekly update probability report to be presented and discussed at the weekly catch-up sessions

Minimum

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field. Advantageous: MBA Proven record of leadership and managing a sales division with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity Strong analytical skills and can assist in identifying and providing solutions to complex operational and solutions issues during the sales cycles Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices in the facility management industry Ability to create clear action plans and tracking metrics A demonstrated record of accomplishments within business development and sales Leadership skills to inspire and influence others, drive performance, and foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook (advanced skill level)
