Job Summary
AUTO BODY (PANEL SHOP) EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED FOR THIS POSITION Our client is a premier auto body repair shop, dedicated to providing high-quality services to their clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team and help us maintain and grow our client base. You will partially perform Service Advisor duties by updating clients on the progress of their vehicle repair and then you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including insurers and large fleet clients. You will also be required to actively seek new business opportunities and work to secure new accounts and monitor industry trends to stay informed about competitors and develop strategies for client retention and acquisition. Job Requirements Matric or Equal A valid Drivers License Proven experience in a Key Accounts role, ideally within a panel shop or auto body repair environment. Strong background in client relationship management and service advisory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A stable work history. Reliable and contactable references.
