Duties:
Preparation of Group flash on a monthly basis. Preparation of Group management accounts on a monthly basis. Drafting and passing monthly Consolidation journals. Preparation of Group annual budget. Group banking administration. Reviewing businesses tax schedules. Group tax schedules. Ensuring monthly group reporting deadlines are adhered to by all businesses. Ensuring subsidiary AFS are signed off timeously. Assisting with drafting Group AFS. Assisting with preparing workings for Group audit deliverables.
