Job Summary

One of the leading salvage management companies in S.A. is looking for a HUNTER, to work as a Sales Manager within Johannesburg.

Duties:

Maximize unit sales and recoveries
Grow customer base
Implement marketing plans
Resolving customer solutions
Managing and reporting sales
Stock planning
Supplier liaison
Monitor auction performance
Driving compliance
Risk management
Stakeholder engagement and management
Team management
MANCO liaison
Liaising with Insurance Crim Bureau and SAIA

Requirements:

Matric
Auction certificate
Post Grad qualification
Related Sales and Marketing qualification
No less than 5 years` vehicle sales experience within motor engineering / sales / vehicle auctions
Must have retail sales experience
Must have a track record of achieving sales targets
Must have great product knowledge
Must have an understanding of online auctions
Great influencer
Able to create a huge demand for products
Know how of designing and implementing different techniques to offer solutions to customers
Understand salvage and disposal industry
Experience with retail customers
Clear criminal record
Great references
