Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with in-depth knowledge of psychometrics, thermodynamics
- 3 – 5 Years design & estimating experience
- 1 – 2 Years experience within the commercial air conditioning environment
- Proven track record of delivering results in a high paced environment
- Proficient on MS Office Suite with advanced Excel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all estimating and engineering related tasks within the HVAC department
- Maintain estimating and quoting systems that allows HVAC to remain innovative and the market leader within the HVAC industry
- Detailed design engineering of all HVAC products i.e. air handling units, roof top units, condensing units etc. in accordance with Clients specifications and HVAC standards
- Read and summarise tender specifications
- Process enquiries for HVAC products within the required time frames as per tender/Client requirements
- Estimations and update master cost sheets
- Compile written quotations
- Client and site visits as and when required
- Perform all tasks that are required in line with company vision and mission
- Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management system
