How you`ll role

As a Digital Designer, your role will involve reviewing and finalising artwork before presentation, collaborating with the Design Lead and Creative Director on creative concepts and client projects. You will oversee feedback implementation, manage deadlines, and foster clear communication within a team. Continuously developing your design skills to stay ahead of industry trends is crucial, while also managing expectations and advocating for the team`s well-being and work quality when necessary.

What you`ll do

Review all artwork before it is presented to the Design Lead and Creative Director for final approval
Work closely with the Design Lead, Creative Director and the creative team to conceptualise creative campaigns, content and day-to-day client artwork
Oversee the implementation of feedback and changes to work, ensuring it meets the requirements of debriefs from the Creative Director and the account management team
Manage deadlines and workflows
Foster a culture of clear communication and creative vision
Continue to grow and expand on your own design skills and knowledge, in order to keep up with design and digital evolution to keep ahead of the curve within the industry
You will possess a keen awareness of when and how to push back when it is necessary for the well-being of the team and the quality and effectiveness of the work
You will mentor, manage and build up the design team to the best of their ability, working closely with the Design Lead and Creative Director
You will create an environment that gives the team the ability to voice their ideas and opinions freely without fear of judgement
You will grow, encourage and constructively channel creativity in whatever form its presented
You know that the client isnt always right, but you also know how to pick your battles

What you`ll need

Multimedia / Digital / Visual Design Degree or similar qualification
4 – 5 years industry experience as a multimedia / digital designer (required)
An in-depth knowledge of design principles, motion graphics terminology and formats
Significant experience producing digital content
The ability to animate (2D / motion design) and edit video
Experience with the following software:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere
