Job Summary

Experience, Skills, and Capabilities Architectural Leadership : Guide the architectural direction and manage the lifecycle of applications within the portfolio, ensuring they are aligned with the overarching technical and business strategy. Application Management : Refine and separate application functionalities in accordance with Technical Functional Capabilities, crafting a future roadmap that supports business objectives. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Scrum Masters, developers, testers, support staff, and business analysts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Lifecycle Accountability : Take full responsibility for the application lifecycle, from target architecture and solution design to build and operations. Culture and Improvement : Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and quality within the team. Strategic Alignment : Ensure the architectural roadmap is in sync with broader technical strategies and manage the Client Tech capability roadmap. Stakeholder Coordination : Align with Client Tech leadership, business partners, and stakeholders on technical initiatives and business objectives. Vendor Management : Oversee the management of all vendors providing applications and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget adherence. Capacity Planning : Ensure adequate allocation of capacity planning resources. Procurement Oversight : Manage the end-to-end procurement process for new off-the-shelf products when necessary. Team Performance : Lead the team to deliver high performance, including conducting performance management as required. Qualifications and Experience Education : IT Degree or Diploma. Entrepreneurial Mindset : A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Communication Skills : A natural communicator, able to engage effectively with both engineers and business partners. Stakeholder and Vendor Management : Strong skills in managing stakeholders and vendors. Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the IT SDLC lifecycle and project methodologies. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with web and app development technologies such as DotNet, Kubernetes, Angular, GitLab, Microsoft Azure, Dynatrace, and more.
