Job Summary

Solid business has an opening for a Technical Sales Representative to work in Gauteng, travelling to the SADC/SASSA regions for 2 weeks of the month. Customer base is in Mining, Construction Responsibilities and Duties Customer Relationship Management Sales Strategy and Planning Negotiation and Contract Management Prepare and manage sales contracts in terms of finding distributors in new territories . Reporting and Analysis Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients. Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance. Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different cultural and market environments. Identifying and targeting new customers. Desired Experience Sales and Export Experience Proven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial, mining or engineering products or services sectors. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development. Experience in managing international client relationships and sales processes. Industry Knowledge – Mining Familiarity with industrial coatings, adhesives, or related products. Understanding of the target markets and industries, such as mining, construction or manufacturing. Understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures. Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Fluency in additional languages (Portuguese, French) relevant to target markets can be a significant advantage Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools; Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
