Job Summary
A well known food manufacturer is urgently seeking an experienced Environmental Officer to join them in the East Rand on a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Driving compliance
- Conduct environmental surveys
- Keep abreast of changes within legislation
- Root cause analysis
- Preventative measures
- Risk assessments
- Report deviations
Must have:
- Grade 12 completed
- National diploma / degree Environmental Management
- No less than 3 years` experience in food production with experience in ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management systems continuous improvement
- ISO 14001:2015 internal audit experience or exposure
- Clear criminal record
- Great track record – reference checks will be conducted upfront
- Must have a valid drivers` license
- Must be available immediately
