If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Dealer Principal or General Manager who embodies passion and innovation. This role is ideal for a Senior New Car Manager or Branch Manager ready to step up and lead. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate setting but is eager to thrive in a more fluid, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for brand building and sales growth by developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand presence and increase sales month on month, Workshop and Parts profitability, leadership and team development to achieve outstanding results and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Proven track record as Management in the retail automotive industry, preferably with experience in a corporate environment (Franchised motor dealership) Tenacity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business landscape. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a focus on results and growth.
