My well-established freight forwarder is seeking a suitable Operations Controller to join their team. This role is based at a client. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence whilst dealing with the following: Team Collaboration; Business Processes & Policies; Service Providers & Network; Customer Engagement; Financial; Inbound Logistics Management; Procurement Management etc. Matric; Relevant tertiary qualification; ShipShape; experience in dealing with all modes (Sea & Air, Imports / Exports), as well as FCL, LCL, RORO & Break-bulk. Pharma knowledge an added advantage. Client is seeking a non-EE candidate.
