Job Summary

Ensure installation projects meet both customer expectations and design requirements.â?? Exercise and enforce proper safety practices at all times.â?? Work with project managers and customers to troubleshoot on-site alterations to projectsâ?? Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, and personnel management.â?? Manage tools, equipment and personnel to ensure optimal performance.â?? Utilize sound decision-making and problem-solving practices.â?? Accurately document material lists, project information and alterationsâ?? Lead installation teams by example, including first-hand instruction and working side by side.â?? Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements.â?? Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results.â?? Monitor the performance of installers and advise them on how to improve.â?? Working as part of a team.â?? Coordinating installations teams.â?? Leading & managing installation serviceâ?? REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS â?? Prior supervisory experience is a must in racking and shelving.â?? MHE and/or Construction experience required.â?? Relevant knowledge or warehousing/distribution, pallet rack design, material handling equipment etc.â?? Ability to properly utilize a variety of tools and large equipment.â?? Clean criminal record.â?? Ability to review and interpret project drawings and specifications.â?? Ability to work on a team and provide outstanding priority and task management skills.â?? â??
