Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist with daily production planning. Assist with daily allocation of work task to production staff. Measurement and management production efficiency Manage presentation, flow and availability of material and component in production areas. Do all daily required ERP system transactions. Ensure that production units deliver quality requirements. Ensure that customer service levels and target are achieved. Ensure that processes and equipment adhere to health and safety standards. Communicate support requirements with supporting departments. Assist with resolving of customer complaints. Communicate order progress and address queries to and with sales. Address and resolve system over issues. Ensure that scrap produced is recorded and reported. Manage housekeeping and implement 5S within production areas. Drive lean improvements within production areas. Report equipment maintenance requirement to technical dept. Ensure that SOPs are complete accurate and present where needed. Ensure that all production staff adhere to procedures and processes. KEY COMPETENCIES / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Energetic Self-starter Deadline driven. Solutions focused PC literate (MS Office, Email) Planning Organising Communication Leadership B. Eng or B.Sc Industrial Engineering (undergrad NOT B. Tech)
