Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Support Consultant. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SYSPRO EXPERIENCE YOU WON`T BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. Your Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative thinker. Knowledge of Syspro Functional business processes. Troubleshooting and consulting on complex issues. Updating customers on progress and maintaining call desk tickets. Ensuring compliance with business practice and Syspro standards. Keep abreast of software changes. Report on findings in accordance with standard procedures. Work well in a Team and remotely. Flexibility working onsite at Customer/s. Minimum 2 years experience Qualifications required: Grade 12 Certificate Syspro Certifications Customer Service/ Support Desk Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position. Location: Johannesbur g Work environment: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite. Physical demands: The physical demands of the job, include, sitting, working in a Team and front facing Customer.
