Establish a Lean Portfolio Office Facilitate an iterative planning process Develop and facilitate execution framework and ensure common understanding to improve execution delivery Leand Business case services Reporting Services Resource management where applicable Transformation management to get organization to embrace a common theme Change Management services Promote a culture of end to end delivery and accountability with delivery leads Ability to translate strategy into a portfolio of work and ultimately execution ito facilitation Manage and facilitate a process to manage resource and budgetary constraints
