Job Summary
Responsibilities â? Facilitate Instructor Led Training and webinar session: Our customers need to be educated on how the NETSTOCK App works. As you have Inventory Management experience, who better to train them than you. â? Create Inventory Management learning material: You will create Inventory Management learning material, or be asked to proof read content written by others. â? Create reports using Excel and/or Google sheets: Our learning material is of no use unless users are viewing it. Youll be required to build new reports on user learning engagement across all platforms. â? Learn new software skills: If a problem calls for a solution which can be best achieved by software or a program youve never used, you can easily figure it out. This will not include learning coding languages. â? Provide input to improving a solution: When you see something could be improved, you will communicate this to the relevant parties. â? Asset owner. You will be the expert and go-to person for a piece of software used by NETSTOCK. Who You Are: â? Inventory Management expert: You have either worked in an Inventory Management role or implemented Inventory management software. Replenishment cycle and target fill rate are not foreign terms to you. â? Facilitator: You are a great presenter who will be able to teach Inventory Management concepts to users with ease. â? Software competent. Working in a remote, work from home environment, you are expected to become proficient in software technologies such as Slack, Google Drive, Google Docs, Zoom. When faced with new software, you can easily figure out how it works. â? Take Pride in Your Work. You are the type of person who does not like leaving a job half done. You will be sure to finish off tasks and reports in a way that you are happy with the result and will do so in a timely manner. â? Proactive. You will not wait to be told what to do. You can manage yourself and your own deliverables according to what needs to be achieved. If you run out of work, you assign yourself more based on the current L&D needs. â? Critical Thinking: You believe in continuous improvement. When a process can be improved, you highlight it to relevant parties and / or take initiative to run with the improvement. â? Problem Solver: When something doesnt go according to plan, you are able to either solve the problem yourself or communicate it to relevant parties in a timely manner so as to not delay any deliverables.
