Job Summary

Purpose: The receptionist will take on an office and administrative support position. Functions include: Receive and greet any visitors, answer telephone calls, cover many areas of work to assist the business. The following will also be required to be proficient in filing, managing suppliers, record keeping, working on systems i.e., loading and capturing financial records, opening files electronically and other office tasks. Position values: To help optimise client services so that the office runs efficiently. Must utilise the tools at the office to ensure clients get the right guidance. Display a positive attitude with effective proactive practices and work effectively under pressure whilst remaining professional at all times.

Requirements:

• Matric • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel and Outlook) • Candidate must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently once trained. • Good telephone etiquette essential • Administrative and organizing skills • Well groomed Skills: • Assertive with excellent communication skills • Excellent time & file management skills • Strong attention to detail • Confidentiality • Strong confident person • Team player • Manage suppliers • Ability to manage workflow using legal administrative programs
