Job Summary

Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the injection moulding industry or a related manufacturing field, with a proven track record of managing international operations and driving business growth. Skills: Strong strategic and operational leadership abilities, excellent financial acumen and budget management skills, proficiency in relevant industry software and technologies, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to lead and inspire a diverse team is also critical. Personal Attributes: You will be a visionary thinker with a strategic mindset who is results-oriented and driven by performance. You should possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, high integrity and ethical standards, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
