Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Planner, you will be instrumental in coordinating and optimizing our production processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality packaging products. You will collaborate closely with production teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline operations and uphold our commitment to excellence. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing waste. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material procurement, and maintain optimal stock levels to support continuous production flow. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction initiatives within manufacturing operations. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and execution of manufacturing plans. Quality Assurance: Support adherence to quality standards and procedures, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Data Analysis: Analyze production data, performance metrics, and KPIs to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement efforts. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to manufacturing processes and performance. Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations within the packaging industry is preferred.
