Job Description
Our client seeks a Junior Legal Secretary to join their department (Intellectual Property Law Department) within a Firm that specializes in several areas of law. This person will support 3 Attorneys.
Experience in IP/Trademark support is an advantage but not essential. Legal Secretarial experience is required however, preferably 1 to 2 years. General Legal secretarial and administrative responsibilities, the candidate would be working in a paper-based law firm environment.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications will prove advantageous but not essential if experienced in a similar role.
Skills
Must have attention to detail and accuracy, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Good Admin, Typing and Communication skills. Good Computer Skills. MS Office Suite.
Salary / Package
R10,000-R15,000 per month Negotiable, Commensurate with experience
