Job Description
You will be expected to perform the following functions:
- Knowledge on handling FIT`s and Group bookings
- Liaise with client from start to finish
- Responsible for tailor made itineraries
- Book accommodation, transfers, car hire
- Other duties are to offer alternative quotations in order to be competitive.
- Provide the clients with a 12 – 24 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the quotation
- Making sure all quotes and booking requests are acknowledged on the day of client original requests
- Follow all the necessary procedures that are required in making a reservation
Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Travel.
Skills
- Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish or French.
- Minimum 5 years working for an Inbound Tour Operator
- Knowledge on Southern Africa/ East Africa
- Tourplan
