Job Summary
What Youll Do: – Daily Health Operations: Support and manage health service tasks. – Medical Surveillance: Run comprehensive occupational health programs. – Disease Management: Treat acute and chronic conditions. – Rehab Support: Assist biokinetic and rehab centres. – Administrative Roles: Manage absenteeism, incapacity processes, and IOD plans. – Risk Assessments: Conduct workplace risk evaluations. What You Need: – Qualifications: MBChB/MBBCh, Diploma or MMed in Occupational Medicine, BLS, and ACLS certification. -Experience: 3 years in occupational medicine, preferably with automotive or mining industry experience. – Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, report writing, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Bonus Skills: – Health administration experience. – Clinic operational management experience.
