Job Summary

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, honesty, and a strong work ethic. The Office Manager will handle a variety of administrative tasks, junior-level accounting work, and oversee goods received and dispatched activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings. Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks. Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff. Handle petty cash and banking transactions. Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Inspect goods received for quality and quantity, resolving any discrepancies. Skills: High level of honesty and integrity. Keen attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Degree. Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
