Job Summary

The BDM will be responsible to implement the sales strategy to enhance market share in pathology services , serving the GP market, visibility and achieve new business targets. The primary focus of these activities will include but not be limited to: Sourcing, growing and retaining market share business; Developing relationships with all key stakeholders related to the GP market; Creating a marketing team to align with business needs; Assist in a point of care pathology solution to the general practitioner market; Strategize a marketing plan, monitor and manage pathology activities. Out put accountabilities will include but not be limited to:- New Business Development Client Management Compliance Management Personal and Professional Development Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships
