Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quantitative Analysis Methodologies: Design, build, and optimize advanced mathematical models and analytical solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. Ensure Compliance and Governance: Adhere to and implement relevant policies, governance, and compliance standards across the business, staying informed about legislative changes and industry best practices. Model Maintenance and Validation: Regularly audit, update, test, and validate models to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and ability to reflect evolving business complexities. Data-Driven Insights and Customer Experience: Utilize data and analytical insights to enhance customer experience, identify monetization opportunities, and recommend business decision enhancements through statistical modeling and data analysis. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to define metrics, create delivery plans, and translate technical data into practical business insights.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong modelling expertise. Proficiency in statistics. Experience in banking and insurance sectors. Actuarial background is a plus.
