Job Summary

A company that specializes in ICT/Project Management talent placements and contracting has an exciting opportunity for a results driven Researcher in Gauteng To assist with the sourcing of candidates for specialised technical, scarce skills across various regions. To ensure the effective sourcing and engagement of potential candidates online and offline, conducting initial candidate screenings, and setup of interviews. Extensive knowledge on sourcing initiatives including talent pooling, talent mapping presenting detailed market insights to clients stakeholders. Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 + 2 years experience as a researcher within the recruitment industry or similar environment Experience with research and sourcing techniques and methodologies PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Screen, qualify and longlist candidates based on the qualifying criteria Ensuring there is a clear understanding of various roles and having the ability to sell the opportunity to potential candidates Obtain the shortlisted candidates most recent and updated CVs Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates Contact industry partners and utilise databases to obtain referrals Searching for candidates by making use of modern sourcing techniques which includes but not limited to: X-ray searching, Boolean Searches, Social Media Searches, Industry and Community Searches, as well as utilising internal databases and traditional sourcing platforms Crafting and sending recruitment emails and in-mails Compile detailed research reports detailing the availability in the market Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires Build talent maps and identify talent gaps in the market Gather data and analyse it to identify recurring trends Continually research and identify new and up-and-coming trends, practices, and technology that will assist the business with their recruitment efforts and ensure the business stays up to date with industry standards. Compile and update rate cards Support and drive the business core values Demonstrate initiative in follow through to ensure a positive candidate experience COMPETENCIES Technical Tech Savvy Analytical Strong research skills Excellent communication skills (Written Verbal) Good negotiation skills Advanced searching methodologies and techniques Deadline driven
