Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing top-notch personal assistance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary and point of contact for the Head of Retail.
- Screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle the Head of Retail`s mailbox.
- Interact with Retail Managers and ensure effective communication.
- Manage the diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs for the Head of Retail.
- Provide assistance with personal errands and other activities for the Head of Retail.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a store environment/retail, including process improvement and implementation.
- Education: Matric (School).
Skills:
- Retail Management: Advanced inventory management skills.
- Communication: Advanced communication and written skills for effective reporting.
