Job Summary

Qualification BCom Degree in Accounting or an equivalent Tertiary Qualification Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Accounts Department doing administration, finance and HR A minimum of 3 years Supervisory / Management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Syspro software applications is a must Understanding of Budget Management and Financial Monitoring Valid drivers licence Duties Managing and supervision of the Accounts department and personnel. Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and financial audits. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Together with the MD, establish responsibilities and authorities of personnel. Managing of the Health & Safety Workers compensation. Responsible for managing and meeting the statutory requirements as set out by the department of Labour.
