Job Summary

One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for an experienced Governance Manager to join their Marketing and Brand Management team, on a permanent basis towards Sandton.

Main functions:

To provide guidance and best practice to the marketing operations across the entire value chain
Drive adherence to policies and procedures
Drive adherence to regulatory requirements
Conduct a gaps analysis across the value chain
Evaluation and monitoring of governance practices
Continuous development of governance
Risk management
Stakeholder engagement and management

Non-negotiables:

Matric
No less than 7 years` work experience in a Governance role, integrated with marketing. Must have worked in cross functional teams. Worked within financial services sector, of which 6 years` work experience must be holding a Managerial title.

Marketing degree
Know how to work on CRM platforms
Experience working with data
Strategic
Analytical

Financial acumen

Excellent English communication – written and verbal
