How you`ll role
As the Strategic Growth Hacker you will drive innovation within the agency and for clients by combining expertise in sales operations, copywriting, no-code automation, and strategic thinking, utilising tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, Trigify.io, and Clay. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives and growth opportunities, optimise outbound processes, analyse sales data, and craft personalised outreach copy. Additionally, you will develop innovative growth strategies, experiment with new approaches, and leverage AI tools to deliver exceptional results and stay ahead of industry trends.
What you`ll do
Agency & Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives and growth opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimise growth strategies both for the agency and clients
Sales Operations:
- Develop and optimise outbound processes and workflows tailored to agency operations and client needs
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify actionable insights and drive informed decision-making
Copywriting:
- Craft copy for all outreach campaigns
- Leveraging research and contextual personalisation
No-code Automation:
- No-code automation tools like Trigify.io and Clay to for workflows and research tasks
- Implement automated triggers and sequences to drive efficiency in lead generation and client outreach
Strategic Innovation:
- Develop and execute growth strategies that differentiate the agency and deliver measurable results for clients
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Innovative campaign strategies, including signal/event-based prospecting, to drive engagement and conversions for both the agency and clients
- Continuously experiment with new approaches and tactics to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results
Tool Utilisation Expertise:
- Utilise cutting-edge tools such as Smartlead and HeyReach to optimise outreach efforts and maximise client acquisition
- Harness the capabilities of Trigify.io and Clay for data enrichment, personalisation, and campaign optimisation
- Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc to bring this all together
What you`ll need
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales operations, copywriting, and strategic growth planning
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging no-code automation tools for process optimisation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients
- Creative thinking and a passion for driving growth through innovation
- Experience in an agency setting and/or working with diverse client portfolios is highly desirable
