Job Summary
Description:
Hire Resolve`s client, a leading mining company in Gauteng is looking for a skilled and experienced Trackless Supervisor Operations. As a Trackless Supervisor Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of trackless equipment in the mining operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation of trackless equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues or defects.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Oversee a team of operators and technicians.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Report on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate
- 3 years experience as a Miner/Shift Supervisor in a trackless mining environment
- Strong knowledge of trackless equipment used in mining operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver`s license.
