Requirements:
Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Travel Must have a minimum of at least 2-3 years experience as a Travel Designer Must have previous experience handling customer relationships, and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systems General product knowledge of Southern & East Africa Must be fully computer literate Must be able to work well within a team Must be an excellent relationship builder and the need to always go the extra mile for guests Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have excellent attention to detail Personal or educational travel experience (advantageous)
