Job Summary
As a Venture Capital Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in investment strategies, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Your expertise will guide entrepreneurs through every stage of their growth journey, from early-stage financing to scaling operations. Duties and responsibilities include: Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and assess investment opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives. Due Diligence : Conduct thorough market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessments. Investment Execution : Collaborate with our investment team to structure and negotiate deals that maximize returns while mitigating risks. Portfolio Management: Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies, leveraging your industry expertise and network to optimize growth and operational efficiency. Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to our investment committee.
Requirements:
Proven experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business models, financial statements, and market opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
