Job Summary

Our client needs you to be their new Engineering Superintendent in the Northern Cape.
Requirements:
- Engineering Technical Trade Test
- N4 Certificate in Engineering
- Planned Maintenance Management certificate (NQF level 5)
- Supervisory Certificate
- 3 years supervisory experience as a Team/ project leader/ supervisor in mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in Plant and Fleet
- 5 years operational experience in a mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in a plant and fleet as a qualified Artisan
Responsibilities:
To Ensure equipment availability and reliability through the application of maintenance management systems and resources to achieve and support production targets, which include but not limited to:
- Engineering operations
- Improvement optimisation
- People management
- Contractor management
- Budget and cost control
- SHERQ
- Work Ethics
