Job Summary
Description
Hire Resolve`s client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their mining team based in Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing support with recruitment and selection processes.
- Managing employee relations and handling employee grievances.
- Administering employee benefits and leave management.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and relevant industry regulations.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documents.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/BCom Degree in HR Management or B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree (Or relevant)
- 5 years` experience in HR within the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Valid Driver`s License
- Computer literate with proficiency in HR software.
