Job Summary
Reporting to General Manager, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER role will be responsible for the development of the companys long term sustainability strategy and ensuring its successful implementation, encompassing areas such as occupational health and safety, hygiene, environment, security, as well as, identification of external and internal sustainability trends, amongst the other dutiesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- NQF 7 qualification in Safety Management- COMSOC 1 & 2- Risk Assessment qualification / training- Incident Investigation qualification / training- Management / Leadership development qualification (e.g. MBA, MDP, etc. – DESIRED)- 8-10 years safety related experience- Knowledge of MHSA, Environment, Health & Hygiene regulations- Strong project and people management skills- Mining industry experience essentialApplication Instruction:Email your CV and cover photograph to Placement Dynamics
