Job Summary
The Event Coordinators Role is to act as the main point of contact with the client, ascertaining their requirements and coordinating these needs from start to finish to ensure the successful execution of the clients event. BRIEF SUMMARYClient Liaison, Coordination of Client events as well as Event Calendar, Staff, Stock, Quoting and Invoicing, Outstanding accounts, Supplier Liaison, Reporting, Function Sheets, etc. MatricEvent Coordination experience, minimum of 3 years working experience Golf knowledge beneficialExcellent customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skillsOrganised with Time management skills Excellent level of literacyPrioritising of daily tasks Excellent computer literacyHigh level of integrity and must be able to keep information confidential.Kindly forward your CV with photo and supporting documents to Serengeti Estates
