Salary Bracket: R 15 000 to R 19 000 + Company Vehicle + Commission on new sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales in the rental and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the rental and logistics sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companys presence and client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the rental and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
