Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Syspro ERP System Manager & Lead Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal to their mission of implementing a new ERP system, SYSPRO, to modernize and automate business processes across finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, services, procurement, and more. If you are a dedicated Syspro ERP System Manager with a passion for optimizing business processes and implementing new systems, apply now!Job description / core competencies: Collaborate with Syspro during the system design and implementation stages of the new ERP system.Troubleshoot and adjust the system over time to ensure seamless operations.Implement and maintain documentation and controls for the system.Optimize T-SQL code and stored procedures.Ensure system operational availability exceeds 99%.Perform SQL database administration, including backups, user security, and maintenance.Provide end-user Syspro support and training.Regularly liaise with Syspro administrators.General administration and clerical support.Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:3-5 years of Syspro System Administration experience, particularly with month[1]ends, year-ends, security, and permissions.Functional experience with Syspro`s financial, distribution, and manufacturing modules.Relevant IT-related field of study or Syspro Certification (BSc/Syspro Certification preferred).MCITP SQL Certification (ideal).
