Job Summary
A great mining company in Kuruman, Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a Talent Superintendent to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- SDF facilitator and MQA assessor training
- OD Practitioner
- Psychometric assessment skills and knowledge of assessment products
- Profiling and grading systems
- Management/Supervisory training
- Mentor and coaching training
- Succession planning
- MQA reporting and grand claiming
- System, strategic and organisational development knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Honours Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- Registered with Health Professional Council of SA (HPCSA) or the South-African Board of Personnel Practitioners (SABPP)
- 8 – 10 years experience managing talent in a mining environment
- Minimum 2 years Psychometrist experience
