Responsibilities:
Hygiene and cleaning of the slaughtering area, cool rooms, skin shed and outer area of complex The care and maintenance of all plant and equipment, abattoir buildings and surrounds Stock control and storage of all products utilised in abattoir production Manage animals before and during the slaughtering process Trim, bone and slice carcasses so they are ready for sale or further processing

Relevant training and experience Minimum 3 years experience in Management role Relevant certificates and qualifications
