Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
Min of 5 years previous experience in this field
Proven experience with beef cattle
Computer literate
Mechanically and maintenance orientated essential
Proven experience in maintaining the following
General maintenance
Electrical
Welding & lathe
Pumps
Servicing of tractors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
PH License & experience advantageous
Results driven, dynamic and self-driven
Honest and hardworking with good health and sober habits
The candidate must be a trustworthy and committed individual
Valid drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

General farm management of all farming aspects, including personnel
Mechanical as well as electrical repair skills
Maintenance of tractors, vehicles, water supply, fencing, buildings and roads
Intensive breeding and care of exotic game animals
security and predator control
Record keeping and management reports
Photography – taking catalogue photos
Meat processing
