Job Summary
A great mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking the expertise of an Assistant Training Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Checking bookings for machine licensing interventions on a weekly basis
- Reviewing licensing requests received from the Operations, aligning the requests to the role and section in which the employee is working
- Conducting Trackless Mobile Machinery assessment for employees and contractors
- Providing risk conversant training
- Identifying training needs and liaising with Group Training Centre
- Administering weekly and monthly reports
- Training delivered and activities in area of responsibility undertaken in line with legislation
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines
- HR / HRD Tertiary Qualification
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- 3 – 5 years experience in a mining environment
- Experience on TMMs
