Job Summary
Description:
Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading mining company in Mpumalanga who is looking to add a skilled and experienced HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) to their team. As the HRBP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and partnering with stakeholders to drive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company`s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to line managers and provide guidance on HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment and hiring process
- Conduct training needs assessment and develop training programs
- Manage employee relations and address any employee concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Hons. Degree in HR would be advantageous.
- 8 years experience as an HRBP or in a HR Management Role.
- 5 years` experience in the mining industry.
- Registered with SABPP
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations
