Job Summary
Job Title: Junior Personal Assistant
Location: Midrand, South Africa
Salary:
R 9,000 R 12,000 per month (Incentive-based performance and target bonuses will be applied as well)
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the fire protection industry and possess a strong financial understanding or experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the same industry
- Strong financial understanding or experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
