Requirements:
It is a remote lodge along the Coast The couple needs at least 2 years experience in a remote bush/ beach position in a Supervisory role (Experience with guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping and front of house, living remote and managing a team) This couple will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running and efficient operations of the Lodge to ensure exceptional service delivery. Leadership skills, and an EQ to handle situations within a team Strong interpersonal skills. Confident team players Vibrant and positive couple Emotionally mature, needs to provide direction and oversight to the lodge and team Implement processes and policies and service standards. To perform daily, weekly and monthly administrative duties relating to Lodge operations in line with the company policies and procedures. To identify, report and resolve all necessary maintenance required at the Lodge and ensure all issues are resolved timeously. Training, mentor and upskill the team to benefit the lodges performance This is a hands-on position and applicants need to be happy to participate in all aspects of running a High level of competency in spoken and written English Good working knowledge of excel (intermediate level); Drivers licence and Pdp is essential; Good guest and staff interactive abilities with a guest centric approach. Live-in position. NO Pets, or children.
