Job Summary
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have Matric as well as at least 3 years of experience in housekeeping, restaurant serving, scullery work and supervising. You must be customer-oriented and responsive, prioritisation and time management skills are a must, as well as a willingness to work weekends and nights where necessary You must have a willingness to work in multiple roles and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment You will be in good health to conduct physical work as you will be assisting with food preparation and serving, keeping the kitchen and food serving areas clean and sanitary, and cleaning rooms before and after guest visits You will also be monitoring and stocking up on room amenities, assisting with waste management in the kitchen, common areas, and rooms – Regular reporting of maintenance issues and damages for repairs is essential You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
